Place Sainte Catherine. Une vraie petite place de village, silencieuse, piétonne, carrée, avec des arbres, des bancs, des terrasses, des tas de restaurants - blinisserie pitchipoï – un rien désuet – très nostalgique – blinis, gefilte fish, plats russes, harengs, saumons sauvages, tarama, crème d’aubergine et vrai bon gâteau au pavot ! Un délice... si la seconde guerre n’avait pas décimé ma famille, ma grand-mère m’aurait appris à cuisiner tout ça.
Mon voisin de table me dit : "la plus grande zone érogène, c’est l’intelligence".
